In Fez we have access to wonderful fresh food from the local souks, we only use seasonal fruits and vegetables and create traditional Moroccan dishes which are slightly adapted for the modern palate.

Breakfasts are freshly prepared each morning, with freshly squeezed orange juice, seasonal fruits, fresh goat cheese, home made Moroccan breads and jams and hot spiced coffee or a pot of tea. The olives and olive oil we serve are direct from the Zalagh mountain surrounding Fez, and the olive oil is stone pressed by hand – perfect for dipping with bread.

We serve Moroccan wines with dinner, on request and can prepare you a spirit drink if you prefer. There is also an honesty bar where you can help yourself to drinks at your convenience. The terrace in the warmer months will also be an area for drinks and fruit or alcohol cocktails.

Moroccan tapas with a half bottle of wine, 255dhs for 2 persons – selection of delicious seasonal salads with a vegetarian tart or samosa.
